Goods from our catalog can be returned in case the following conditions are observed:

• they were purchased within 7 days before the return
• their market quality wasn’t changed
• the purchase receipt is available.

In case the buyer returns the goods, the price paid for it is returned but for the shipment fee (if the goods have been shipped). The refund period is 10 days after submission of the return request.

If you get defective goods, we can offer a refund, replace them with similar goods, or fix the goods. We reserve the right to deny exchange or return of the goods if the defect resulted from improper operation of the goods.
